I’ve started painting again after 20 years as a positive outlet from all the shit in my life, I find it theraputic. Hong Kong is a city of extremes and im going to use it as the influence, I’m hoping this will be a constant. I use acylic ink, 2 colours black and burnt umber .. hopefully as time moves forward i will introduce more colours as i get confident with it and find reason.

Heather Ringman

Heather Ringman is a self-taught painter. She has worked with acrylic paintings since 2006. She has no formal art training, but has a lifelong love of art. For her first Halloween, she dressed as an artist, which included her wearing one of her dad’s old work shirts with paint smeared on it, carrying old paintbrushes, and a wearing a too large beret.
