I’m Nico. I’m 21 years old and am currently based in Kunsan City, Jeollabukdo, South Korea. I’m a freelance graphic artist and illustrator. My artworks are mostly doodles and illustrations inspired by what I usually see in the streets, what I usually do with my friends and family. Art is where I usually tell my story.

Some of my works are digital paintings and illustrations but I recently migrated to Illustrator for most of my projects. I love artworks with simple shapes and objects. I love working on textures with my artworks. I really don’t like that plastic look of vectors.

I love going on adventures. I love travelling. I love trying out new stuff. I love being lost. I love going on road trips, adventures. I love coffee, pizza (those really large and meaty ones), and yogurt (Ah. Me cannot live without ze yogurt) – all kinds of yogurt – plain yogurt, strawberry and even those that come in milk cartons.

I enjoy scouring the web for colorful things and artworks. I enjoy the company of good and funny people. I enjoy listening to good and even corny jokes that put the slightest hint of a smile on my face. All of these things (Yes, including the corny ones) inspire my art.
